Jens Diepenhorst is co-founder and product lead of Sqrl, and the developer behind the platform that powers it. With a background in front-end and full-stack development, he turns Sqrl’s ABM methodology into a working system: the software that mid-market teams actually use to select target accounts, map buying groups, and act on intent signals — instead of methodology that lives only in slide decks and spreadsheets.
Where many ABM programmes stall on tooling, Jens focuses on the product layer: the part that has to run every day and earn its place in a sales and marketing team’s routine. He designed and built Sqrl’s core engine, including website visitor tracking, target account matching, LinkedIn campaign data integration, and automatic touchpoint creation — giving marketing and sales one shared, real-time picture of which accounts are moving and why. The same hands-on approach extends across the product, from the ROI calculator to personalised microsites that adapt to each prospect’s brand.
As co-founder of Sqrl, Jens works at the point where strategy meets software. Sqrl translates it into a focused ABM platform for European MKB+ and SME+ companies. His role is to make sure the methodology doesn’t just sound right on paper, but works as a tool teams can pick up and run with.
His philosophy as a builder is pragmatic and self-hosted-first: own your data, own your stack, and ship things that mid-market teams can genuinely adopt — not enterprise theory, but a practical system that fits how sales and marketing already work. That product-first mindset is what keeps Sqrl close to the day-to-day reality of the companies it’s built for.
